Just like buses, you wait for ages for a magazine, then two come along at the same time! That's just what happened with my magazines. I had World of Cross Stitching issue 191 and issue 192 delivered the same day......and you just know that no housework got done that day!!!
World of Cross Stitching Issues 191 & 192
Immediate Media Co.Origin Ltd
Here's the alphabet I had in issue 191....
World of Cross Stitching issue 191
Immediate Media Co. Origin Ltd
This was a lovely alphabet to design, all those sweet little bird houses in such lovely pastel colours. A joy to design and, hopefully, a joy to stitch!
And in issue 192....
World of Cross Stitching issue 192
Immediate Media Co. Origin Ltd
.....a lovely summery barbeque alphabet! Bright bold colours with all those quintessential BBQ supplies and, of course, hot dogs and burgers!!!
So having read both magazines from cover to cover, I now have to decide whether to get some stitching done or to catch up with the housework that didn't get done earlier. Can you guess which one I'll choose?!!!
Until next time...happy stitching!
Rhona

Wow to get something published in not only one but two magazines. You must be so pleased. They are lovely and Such pretty colours.
I Adore the English cross stitch magazines. In Italy I can find them. I subscribed to Cross Stitch Collecion. It is fabulous.
Ciao Giovanna
so are you doing the housework ?? =D
I love English X stitching mag , but I have to order them either in Germany either in UK and often it makes the price increase a lot, but they worth it =)

Wow, congratulations on being published twice on the trot.
Just for future reference it is ALWAYS stitching first, housework eventually. When you move the dust it only comes back again so what's the point? Leave it where it is...lol.
I know if it were me, I'd be stitching, lol. Hope you enjoy your stitching, Rhona. I like the birdhouses better, btw. I do like to grill out though, so the BBQ alphabet should make me hungry!!!
I'm sure it was housework ... NOT
Congrats on those publications. I especially liek the bird house alphabet which I wouls stitch if I had a time turner or something.
And there I was moaning my issue 193 didn't arrive Monday like it should! We really are spoilt in the UK aren't we?! Love both your alphabets, also the camper van you had in a recent Craftseller mag (guess you're still waiting for that to hit your shores?). Happy stitching! Helen
wow! congrats :D two magazines in a row! they must like your alphabets!
Great alphabets! Stitching over housework any day ;0) LOL
